About Lenika Vianen
Lenika Vianen, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife at Nile Women’s Health Care in Johns Creek, Georgia. Her people-centric nature and compassion have helped her build an excellent reputation with patients as a sought-after provider at the practice.
Previously a registered labor and delivery nurse with several years of experience, Lenika spent several years working at area hospitals including Southern Regional, Northside and Piedmont hospitals. After caring strictly for moms at their bedside she realized she wanted to do more for their journey. That prompted her to return to school for a Masters in Midwifery where Lenika could then help women from the start of their pregnancy all the way through delivery.
Now as a certified nurse-midwife, Lenika will be providing comprehensive care to gynecological, obstetrical, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum clients. As a Duluth midwife, Ms. Vianen will deliver at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital.
Originally from Ellenwood, GA, Lenika has an interest in maintaining quality birthing options for Georgia residents. As health disparities continue to be an issue, she believes it’s important to provide proper maternal care to all patients regardless of economic, racial or social background. Lenika’s goal is to help improve the general health crisis in maternal care while specifically improving black maternal health statistics during labor and the postpartum period.
When not at work, Ms. Vianen enjoys spending time with her family and finding new activities to do with her son.
